Job Description
Our client is a growing brand experience design consultancy working with organisations across healthcare, hospitality, property development, and other complex service industries.
They are looking for an Experience Designer to turn strategy and research into practical, visual solutions that clients can understand, implement, and use across their organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop journey maps, service blueprints, protocol visuals, and other experience-design tools that translate strategy into practical solutions
- Design playbooks, guidelines, and enablement materials that client teams can use after project completion
- Translate strategic narratives into distinctive visual languages, systems, and frameworks
- Develop client-ready presentations and visual materials for governance meetings and executive audiences
- Work closely with strategists and researchers to shape recommendations and solutions, rather than simply visualising existing ideas
- Ensure experience-design outputs are clear, practical, and suitable for both executive stakeholders and end users
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in service design, UX/CX design, experience design, or a related field
- Experience working in a consulting, agency, or client-facing environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating journey mapping, service design, customer experience, or systems visualisation work
- Comfortable designing materials for executive audiences as well as end users
- Strong ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on design and visual execution
- Experience working on healthcare or other complex service-industry projects is an advantage
- Experience creating training, playbooks, or enablement materials is an advantage
- Familiarity with design systems or brand identity work is an advantage
