Job Summary
Philips Precision is looking for 2 Service Engineers to join their team one based in Kuala Lumpur and one based in Johor Bahru (with travel to Singapore). This is a permanent role with full training provided, including possible training in India.

Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and service Haas CNC machines at customer locations
- Attend and resolve service calls in a timely manner
- Provide both electrical and mechanical support
- Maintain accurate service records and reporting
- Source and manage parts for repairs (warranty & non-warranty)
- Travel to customer sites in Malaysia and Singapore
- Work as a brand ambassador to strengthen customer relationships
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in a technical/engineering field
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent)
- Hands-on, problem-solving attitude
- Willing to travel regularly; valid passport required
- JB position: Must be based in JB or willing to relocate; travel to Singapore required
- KL position: Must be based in or willing to work from KL office
