Service Engineer (industrial machinery)

[Main Tasks]

Installation、Troubleshooting、Maintenance、Repair、Commissioning

Perform installation, setup, testing, and commissioning of production industrial machinery and related equipment.

Carry out preventive maintenance (PM), troubleshooting, calibration, and repair of industrial machinery to ensure optimal performance.

Provide on-site technical support and respond to machine downtime issues in a timely manner.

Work closely with customers to ensure smooth production support, machine recovery, and process stability.

Prepare and maintain service reports, documentation, and machine checklists.

Coordinate with internal service team, sales, and management teams on technical matters and customer requirements.

Provide training and knowledge transfer to customers on machine operation, PM procedures, and best practices.

Support equipment relocation, upgrades, and line setup when required.

Continuously improve technical skills

※Business trips will be required

MUST TO HAVE:

- Min 2 years working experience as a service engineer

- Possess own car

- Strong in Troubleshooting
