Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Take order from customer.
  • Liase with customer on the order placed are well understood.
  • Clarify with customer if orders are unclear.
  • Response to customer inquiry and complaint professionally
  • Ensure customer provide complete order and complete order before noon.
  • Issue Pick List according to customer order.
  • Issue orders to suppliers
  • Draft invoice

Job Requirements

  • SPM; minimum 2-3 years experience
  • Excellent communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attentive to details
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia is a must. English is also preferred
  • Positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always
