-Must have diploma in telecommunication, computer science, computer engineer or Electrical electronics
-Service management experience .
- 2 to 3 years experience in telecommunication industry, preferably in Operational and/or service delivery
-Experience in corporate telecommunication and networking is added advantage
- Must have knowledge of networking protocol (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP2) and Wan technologies (SD-WAN, NFV, MPLS, Leased line, IP-VPN, Virtualization (Cloud computing, WMWARE) and IT/Cybersecuirty (Firewall,IDS,IPS)
- Service Management experience is preferred
-ITIL and CCNA cert is added advantage
-Must be willing to commit to standby coverage
-Oversee day to day fault Management for critical or escalated incidents, including 24x7 escalation call.
