The role of Service Manager is to lead, plan and manage in-country Electrical Service Business, including Service Sales, project implementation, testing and commissioning, technical application, technical fault analysis and solution recommendation, technical training, warranty support for all Power Quality product including UPS (Single Phase/3Phase) and Power distribution maintenance support, i.e. Low Voltage Switchgear, Medium Switchgear, transformer.
A. Responsible for building strong service sales team, strengthen existing install base customer relationship, ensure profitable service & maintenance contract while achieve customer satisfaction, including provide guidance to generate new leads on services scope.
B. Accountable for enhancing operation team's technical competency, service capability and support capacity, to setup world class standard service execution team. Including identifying the spare parts support and SLA commitment to customer
C. Alignment with both sales team and project management team to enlarge Eaton PQ and PD install base.
D. Collaborate with service partner and ASP to extend Eaton service network in country wide, achieve geographical coverage for major cities.
E. Strategize service business, identify growth area, penetrate into competitor's territory.
F. Engage internal team to setup service process, warranty process, service sales process etc according to ISO and company process.
G. Show strong leadership in coaching, demonstrating to team member, build strong 1st liner manager. H. Enhance Work Safety and Health for field service engineers and service partners complying safety rules and regulations, work balance and wellness for the service team.

a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking
b. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS
c. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements
d. Ensuring the QMS meets its goals
e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS
f. Create a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or any other fields of Engineering
Service background on electrical equipment preferred with at least 8 years experience
Good communication skill, strong operation excellence, business acumen
