Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of our service department. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a customer-first mindset, capable of driving operational efficiency, team performance, and customer satisfaction while meeting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve service department targets including revenue, CSI, productivity, and efficiency
  • Oversee daily service department operations, workflow, and performance
  • Manage, coach, and develop all staff
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle escalated concerns
  • Monitor productivity, efficiency, and quality of repairs
  • Maintain compliance with safety, manufacturer, and company standards
  • Review repair orders, estimates, and warranty documentation for accuracy
  • Analyze department KPIs, reports, and financial performance

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive service management
  • Strong understanding of automotive repair and service processes
  • Proven leadership and people-management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with dealership management systems
  • Valid driver's license
