Job Description

THE ROLE:

The role of the Service Marketing Executive would be to work alongside the Service Marketing Manager, helping to execute and manage assigned tasks, and to assist in providing developmental research and performance information relating to various Marketing Programmes.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Handling and managing inter-department and workshop inquiries / requests in timely manner.

2. Updating of company workshop management system when required.

3. Assisting in the planning and development of marketing programmes through consultation with internal departments and external parties including being responsible for the coordination and promotion of key Aftersales Programs.

4. Develop promotional opportunities and ideas from conception till implementation process of assigned marketing activities.

5. Provide regular information where necessary to assist with the compilation of reports for Senior Management Meetings and other TCEAS departments as required in timely manner.

6. Supply sufficient information to the superior / Head of Service Marketing to enable effective budgetary control of specific areas of activity.

7. Attending marketing events / other invited events as required out of normal office hours.

8. Maintain liaison with external and internal suppliers, assisting in commissioning and delivery of marketing material.

9. Provide accurate and creative copy writing and proof reading skills as directed by the superior / Head of Service Marketing and working to pre-agreed deadlines.

10. Ensure that all printed promotional material is distributed effectively throughout TCEAS departments and workshops.

11. Analyze, maintain and plot relevant statistics, campaign results and information relating to the overall operation of the department.

REQUIREMENT:

1. Min. Degree in Business Marketing or equivalent.

2. At least 1 year proven experience in data administrative or marketing related field.

3. Experience in data analytic, campaign planning or project management including ideation, planning, prioritizing and follow-through.

4. Computer literate especially in Microsoft Office 365 and Canva.

5. A self-starter to learn, positive attitude, detailed & performance oriented. Able to work well in team environment.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

7. Independent and capabilities of problem-solving.
