Job Description

  • 7+ yearsof hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Catalog development.
  • 2+ yearsof experience in a ServiceNow Architect, Technical Lead, or equivalent senior technical role.
  • Proven ability to designend-to-end ServiceNow architectures, including data models, and platform governance.
  • Deep expertise in at least23 major ServiceNow product suites, CSM, HRSD, SPM, ITOM, ITSM (Listed from the most relevant for us).
  • Thorough understanding ofCMDB, CI Class modeling, relationships, Discovery, and service mapping concepts.
  • Hands-on experience withenterprise IT operationsand ITIL v3/v4 processes.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architectural designs.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills for working with stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Scoped Applications, UI Builder, Guided Decisions, Playbooks and Service Portal is a plus.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written)
  • Experience from converting business requirements to technical specifications.

Responsibilities

Architecture:

Support the design and definition of theend-to-end ServiceNow architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with enterprise standards.

Lead technical solutioning for new modules and major enhancements across CSM, HRSD, SPM and ITSM.

Development:

Develop and enhance applications usingJavaScript,Flow Designer,Business Rules,ACLs,UI Policies,Client Scripts,Widgets,ServiceNow APIs,andIntegration Hub.

Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, workflows, service catalogs, and automation.

Ensure adherence to best practices.

Collaboration:

Work closely with product owners, process owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and help define technical tasks, timelines, and project estimations.
