Service Operation Executive

Main Responsibilities

• Unpack, inspect, and register all incoming repair equipment.
• Handle and record new service requests and product registrations
• CDS - Manage and support daily cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization operations across assigned sites to ensure service quality
• Monthly submit TJF-AI report to OCAP
• Arrangement of Demo and loaner return to warehouse
• Arrangement of the archiving document
• Raise GCHS (PAE Case)
• New Material and Customer Registration
• Purchase Requisition (PR) Jig and Small parts (weekly)
• Monitoring and arrangementvendor for the Torque driver / equipment calibration (Yearly)
• Technical Reports
• Arrangement disposal of old spare parts & chemical Waste
• Responsible for managing and coordinating daily service operational activities to ensure smooth business operations, focusing on service delivery, customer satisfaction, and process improvement.

What we are looking for:

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent- Bioengineering/Biomedical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.

Experience:

• At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Fresh graduates with positive attitude and willingness to learn are encourage to apply as training will be provided.
