Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee service provider performance assessments.
  • Monitor and improve overall service quality standards.
  • Conduct research on business policies, government requirement and industry practices.
  • Implement and manage service processes, business policies and after-sales marketing activities.
  • Oversee after-sales channel management, including store setup standards and updates.
  • Develop and manage third-party service partnerships.
  • Handle the execution and management of after-sales service agreements with distributor and service providers.
  • Localize and manage spare parts and accessories assessment policies, including pricing strategy development and control.
  • Coordinate translation and production of after-sales materials.
  • Develop and manage waste battery recycling programs and related resources.
  • Compile aftersales reports from all internal departments and maintain a centralized data repository for reference and future use.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (full-time), preferably in Marketing, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in after-sales operations management within OEMs or automotive importers.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Good understanding of electric vehicles, with familiarity with the BYD brand preferred, and a strong interest in automotive after-sales service.
  • Proven ability to manage work independently and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese is an advantage.
