Job Description

  • Plan replenishment of parts to overseas vendors to maintain supply service levels.
  • Follow up with overseas vendors for timely parts supply.
  • Work with warehouse / logistic in ensuring stock arrival and availability.
  • Manage inventory level to conform within budgets and forecasts.
  • Highlight any risks on supply constraints and work with related parties on mitigation plan.
  • Analyze and forecast demand and supply.
  • Prepare required KPI reports periodically.
  • Develop and implement best practices related to parts replenishment, inventory management and review planning parameters.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Engineering.
  • Knowledge of spare parts lifecycle management
  • Inventory control technique (safety stock, reorder point, MOQ).
  • Basic understanding of home appliance product structure ex: BOM
  • At least1-3 year(s) of working experience in inventory planning or spare parts management.
  • Good level of expertise in Microsoft Excel, SAP (added advantage) with strong analytical skill.
  • Customer centric and with strong customer service mindset and strong sense of urgency.
  • Good interpersonal skills and has high level of motivations to get the job done in a fast paced environment.
