Service Planning Exec

Job Descriptions:

• Monitor branch performance and KPI achievement, including Refrigerant Recovery Program (RRP) targets, and follow up on performance gaps where required.
• Review and evaluate operational processes, contributing to SOP, workflow, and process improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency.
• Collaborate with Operations and IT teams to identify system gaps, recommend system enhancements, and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Analyze operational issues and work cross-functionally with relevant stakeholders to implement process and service improvements.
• Develop and manage DAIKIN Technical Community (DTC) digital content, including TikTok videos, to support member engagement, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Co-manage the DAIKIN Technical Community (DTC) TikTok account, and support digital communication strategies for DTC campaigns and promotional activities.
• Conduct DAIKIN Technical Community (DTC) sharing sessions and presentations to communicate program updates, campaigns, member benefits, and key initiatives.
• Coordinate and support DAIKIN Technical Community (DTC) events involving branches and members nationwide, including planning, stakeholder communication, coordination, and execution.
• Support DTC campaign and engagement activities to strengthen member participation, program awareness, and community engagement.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and execution of DTC program initiatives, and activities.

Job Requirements:

Education & Academic

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge and experience in SAP is an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical thinking, with good report writing and multi tasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
