Job Summary

You will support Service and Project teams by managing installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of security, communication, and IT systems on-site, while evaluating products and implementing new market solutions.

Responsibilities

Manage installation work of security, communication, and IT systems on-site in collaboration with Service and Project teams
Troubleshoot and maintain security, communication, and IT systems to ensure operational reliability
Evaluate products and systems to assess performance and suitability for client needs
Identify and implement new commercially available solutions to improve system capabilities and client satisfaction
Participate in in-house training to enhance technical skills and knowledge
