We Elevate... Your Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly Non Confirmation Contract sheets for branches which include the latest contract tern expiry, contract price and previous renewal status.
• Send out the Non Confirmation Contract sheets to the respective branches requesting for the updates on the latest contract renewal status.
• Prepare monthly Non Confirmation Contract sheets for branches which include the latest contract tern expiry, contract price and previous renewal status.
• Send out the Non Confirmation Contract sheets to the respective branches requesting for the updates on the latest contract renewal status.
• Compiling their feedback within the set due date
• Review the feedback, escalate ant complications accordingly and filing of these sheets for records purposes.
• Update a database with such details; jobs that are closed by sales, recommended maintenance price by Sales, jobs that are technically completed by Finance and NI and and handed over to EI.
• Assist in consolidation of information during initial budget preparation.
• Prepare tender documents and compile all requested documents as per tender requirement.
• Maintain & update documents (company profile, license & certification, brochure etc) to ensure complete tender document submission as required by client.
• Updates monthly JSG Service Planner report; being input of contract and client details of maintenance contracts that are renewed.
• Assis in update of JSG (HK) reports (EI Performance Metric, Portfolio movements report for new and existing contract.
• Assist to respond to any client's request to make amendments in the maintenance contracts by reviewing the clauses.
• Escalate and amend clauses that are to the disadvantage to the company.
• Ensure quotation, contracts and tenders prepared are endorsement in accordance with the respective limits of authority.
• Fill in the relevant forms and compilation of company documents as necessary.
• Update of cabinet labeling for all standardized and customized contracts, on top of housekeeping of the relevant Service Sales Sections
• Filing of documents accordingly
• Adhere to company organization norms, compliance radar, perform compliance radar and compliance book.
• Adhere to internal control of financial reporting (ICFR)
• Drive and promote safe behaviour in accordance with the Schindler OH&S Management System

• Minimum a bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering

Marketing and service sales knowledge.

• Experience in Elevators industry.
• Possess some skills on business contract and legal aspects are added advantage.
• Hands on working skill in technical in one's own discipline.
• Experience in service and business contract.
