Job Responsibility
- Supervise front-end associates, cashiers, and customer service staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Provide support in resolving customer inquiries or complaints, escalating issues to the Service Manager when necessary.
- Oversee cashiering processes, including proper cash handling and reconciliation of tills at the end of shifts.
- Assist in training team members on customer service standards, cashiering procedures, and company policies.
- Monitor and maintain sufficient staffing levels at registers and service counters during peak hours.
- Ensure adherence to company guidelines for customer service and cash handling practices.
- Coordinate with the Service Manager to implement improvements and resolve operational challenges.
- Support scheduling and rostering for front-end staff as required.
