Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Supervise front-end associates, cashiers, and customer service staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Provide support in resolving customer inquiries or complaints, escalating issues to the Service Manager when necessary.
  • Oversee cashiering processes, including proper cash handling and reconciliation of tills at the end of shifts.
  • Assist in training team members on customer service standards, cashiering procedures, and company policies.
  • Monitor and maintain sufficient staffing levels at registers and service counters during peak hours.
  • Ensure adherence to company guidelines for customer service and cash handling practices.
  • Coordinate with the Service Manager to implement improvements and resolve operational challenges.
  • Support scheduling and rostering for front-end staff as required.



Job Requirements

To assist in overseeing front-end, customer service, cashier, and cash office operations, ensuring smooth daily workflows, excellent customer interactions, and compliance with operational procedures.
