Service Technician (based Johor)

The Service Technician is responsible for carrying out maintenance, repair and testing of trucks. The jobholder also supports commissioning and at the customers premises.

Core tasks of the function:

• Maintenance, repairs and legal inspection of electrically operated, trucks. According to valid directives, safety regulations and manufacturing specifications
• Troubleshooting and Diagnostics on mechanics, hydraulics, controls and electrical industrial components. Partly in collaboration with internal and external support
• Creation and care of system documentation, parameter back-ups
• Testing of safety equipment as a specialist (only with attained additional qualification)
• Creation and care of maintenance lists for offer preparation
• Documentation of executed works e.g. with service reports

Additional tasks:

• Support for commissioning for VNAs
• Support truck collection and delivery if required

Qualifications + Experience:

• Mechanical or electromechanical background
• Can apply and utilize knowledge of a Junior Technician
• Good English language skills
