ServiceNow Business Analyst - TIM

Qualifications / Experience

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in ServiceNow business analysis and

administration.

Strong understanding of ITIL principles and experience with ITSM

tools.

Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting,

workflows, and integrations.

Excellent communication and

interpersonal skills to work

effectively with stakeholders at all

levels.

ServiceNow certifications such as

Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation

Specialist (CIS) are highly desirable.

ITIL V3/V4 certification is an

advantage.

Familiarity with generative AI and

Now Assist is an advantage.
