Hiring: Senior ServiceNow Developer / Implementor

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer / Implementor to design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB.

Experience: 6–10+ years

Education: Degree in Computer Science / related field

Role: ServiceNow Developer / Implementor

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM & ITAM modules.
• Build workflows, business rules, scripts, UI policies, forms, and dashboards.
• Design and manage CMDB, CI relationships, service mapping, and data normalization.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and web services.
• Implement automation using Flow Designer, Orchestration, scheduled jobs, and business rules.
• Build Performance Analytics dashboards, KPIs, and reports.
• Troubleshoot platform/module issues and ensure ServiceNow best practices and governance.
• Collaborate with architects, administrators, operations teams, and business stakeholders.

Technical Skills

• ServiceNow: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, SAM & HAM
• Scripting: JavaScript, GlideScript, Jelly
• Web: HTML, CSS
• Automation: Flow Designer, Orchestration, Business Rules
• Integrations: REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server
• Strong experience in ServiceNow development, implementation, customization, and enterprise integrations.

Certifications

ServiceNow CSA / CSD / CIS / CTA certifications are mandatory.

Additional ServiceNow certifications such as CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM, and CIS-ITAM will be an advantage.
