Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Specialist with strong expertise in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) to support the design, implementation, and optimization of HR service management solutions. The role involves working closely with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and business users to deliver efficient HR workflows and digital employee experiences through the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD solutions to support HR service delivery processes.
- Configure and manage ServiceNow Employee Service Center to enhance employee self-service experience.
- Implement and support HRSD Enterprise modules including case management and HR workflows.
- Configure and support ServiceNow Onboarding and Transitions to streamline employee lifecycle processes.
- Develop and maintain HR integrations between ServiceNow and external HR systems.
- Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure platform stability.
- Collaborate with HR teams, IT teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Support testing, deployment, and system upgrades within the ServiceNow platform.
- Monitor system performance and implement continuous improvements to enhance HR service delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for HRSD implementations.
- Document system configurations, processes, and workflows.
Required Skills
- Expert proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD Enterprise capabilities.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow Employee Service Center.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Onboarding and Transitions module.
- Experience in ServiceNow HR integrations with external HR systems.
- Strong system analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
