ServiceNow Procurement (P2P / Source-to-Pay) Consultant

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia | 12-month contract | MYR 15,000-20,000 per month | Senior, 6-10 years

Open to all nationalities. Candidates based outside Malaysia must be willing to relocate to Kuala Lumpur.

About the role

Aitek is hiring a ServiceNow consultant to design, configure and support procure-to-pay processes on the ServiceNow platform for an enterprise client in Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

• Gather P2P requirements and run fit-gap workshops with procurement, finance and IT stakeholders.
• Configure ServiceNow Procurement Service Management and Source-to-Pay Operations: purchase requisitions, catalog and sourcing requests, approvals, purchase orders, goods receipt and supplier management.
• Build workflows in Flow Designer, catalog items, record producers, business rules and client scripts.
• Integrate ServiceNow with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar) for PO, invoice and vendor master data using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs or MID Server.
• Support invoice matching and accounts payable handoffs, reporting and dashboards.
• Lead SIT and UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare; write design and support documents.

Requirements

• 6-10 years in ServiceNow, with at least 2 implementations covering Procurement / P2P / Source-to-Pay.
• Strong ITSM/platform skills: Flow Designer, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), catalog, ACLs, Service Portal.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with an ERP system.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator; Certified Implementation Specialist preferred.
• Good written and spoken English.
