About The Role
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow PPM Implementation Specialist to lead and manage the implementation, development, configuration, and administration of the ServiceNow PPM module. This role requires deep technical expertise and a proven track record of successful deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow PPM modules, ensuring successful deployments.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide API, AngularJS, and Jelly.
- Manage and integrate ServiceNow with other systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
Must Have
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required.
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in ServiceNow PPM implementation, platform development, configuration, and administration.
- Advanced scripting and customization skills in JavaScript, Glide API, AngularJS, and Jelly, with proficiency expected in each.
- Comprehensive experience in all ServiceNow PPM applications: Project, Demand, Resource, Agile, and Financial Management.
- Proven experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and APIs, detailing specific tools and scenarios.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – PPM (CIS-PPM) is required.
Nice-to-have
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – preferred.
