SharePoint / Power Platform Lead/Solution Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced M365 / SharePoint / Power Platform Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft 365 technologies and a proven ability to architect scalable, secure, and efficient automation and integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform.
• Design and develop workflow automation using Power Automate, including approvals, RPA, and complex business processes.
• Integrate M365 solutions with ERP, CRM, and legacy systems using REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure-based services.
• Lead solution design discussions, provide technical leadership, and ensure best practices across implementations.
• Develop and customize applications using Power Apps and SPFx.
• Utilize Azure Functions and Logic Apps for scalable and event-driven integrations.
• Define and enforce governance, security, and compliance standards, including DLP policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 712 years of experience in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
• Strong expertise in SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Hands-on experience with SPFx, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API integrations.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Cloud architecture, governance, and security frameworks.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale implementations and cross-functional teams.

Good to Have:

• Experience with RPA tools and advanced automation scenarios.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in M365 environments.
• Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, Azure, or M365).
