Job Description
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DAILY WORKS
to manage, monitor and to follow-up on the overall spectrum of facility maintenance program/matters and production support. Lead and to carry out daily maintenance and troubleshooting of all facilities areas. To trouble shoot electrical power failure and any facilities equipment breakdown. Conduct inspection on building facilities and act as Emergency Response Team Coordinator. To carry out corrective, schedule and preventive maintenance of all electrical equipment. Provide supervisory assistance over contractors working during and after office hours. Maintain proper records of equipment operating and inventory list of critical electrical and component. To supervise and ensure all electrical installations are installed according to the regulations set by Suruhanjaya Tenaga. Strongly involve in energy management activities. To supervise job performed by contractors and other contractors as needed.
ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA
Chargeman must at least possess a AO, A1 or A4 from Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST). Min 1 year working experience as High Voltage Chargeman, preferably in Manufacturing industry. Knowledge in Electricity Supply Act, Electricity Regulations is an added advantage. Familiar with Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Regulations and Safety Health & Environment (SHE) procedures. Strong analytical and technical skills to troubleshoot and propose solutions. Must be highly motivated with positive attitude and self-driven. Adhere to site safety, health & environmental policies and procedure
