Your new role
As a Shift Lead, you&aposll oversee daily operations in a Tier III-level data centre. You&aposll manage service providers, supervise maintenance activities, ensure safety compliance, and support space planning and reporting tasks.
Role focuses on ay-to-day management and control of all plant, mechanical and electrical systems and co-ordinate the remedial action in the event of critical incidents + Preventive and Corrective M&E maintenance works.
What you&aposll need to succeed
- Diploma in Engineering and A4 Chargeman Certification
- 3+ years of experience in engineering or data centre operations
- Familiarity with CMMS platforms and AutoCAD is a plus
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
- Hands-on experience in UPS, HVLV infra, PDU, ATS, BMS...
- **Critical Facilities candidates are preferred
