Shift Lead Engineer (Electrical) - Data Center

Lead operations and maintenance for a data center ensuring 100% facility uptime. Oversee shift teams and perform hands-on operations and inspections on critical facility systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead operations, maintenance, and inspections on assigned shift.
• Manage daily operation and maintenance of critical environment systems.
• Inspect maintained equipment/systems and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Operate and monitor critical system equipment, oversee Change Control Application Process.
• Provide on-the-job training, support, and implement preventative maintenance programs.
• Manage monitoring center operations, respond to emergencies, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Develop and implement Change Control Applications and ensure safety compliance.
• Identify safety hazards, maintain inventory, and comply with regulatory laws.
• Lead the team in risk control and maintain ISO certifications.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Proficient in English, BM
• Must be willing to work in Ulu Tiram, Johor.
• Prefer candidates from the semiconductor, power plant industry
