Job Description

Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • assigning and organizing work to their subordinates
  • control of work efficiency and productivity losses, taking short-term measures
  • monitoring the progress of individual orders in production
  • Inspection of materials for production, reallocation of workers if necessary
  • procurement of technical documentation, initiation of changes in the event of errors in technical documentation
  • Keeping workflows and quality records within the ISO system, implementing corrective actions
  • Responsibility for proper training of new employees
  • work with PC and production software
  • identification of missing tools or equipment and informing the supervisor of this fact
  • keeping records of results and production indicators
  • With its approach, it motivates production workers to achieve their goals
  • performs all other activities related to the agreed type of work according to the instructions of the direct supervisor
  • adheres to the procedures, rules and principles of the integrated management system
  • works in accordance with the principles of lean production and 5 S
  • Works in accordance with ITC international trade rules
  • It contributes to the development and adherence to standards, focusing on key areas such as the customer, company culture and continuous improvement system
  • As part of the continuous improvement system, it submits improvement proposals in accordance with the company's goals
  • Respects the principles of environmental protection

Qualifications

Required Education:

  • Secondary education with a school-leaving certificate in a technical field (mechanical engineering, electrical)

Required Experience

  • 3 years of experience in manufacturing and organizing people

Language Skills

  • English Language – Basic Knowledge

Basic Skills

  • work with PC (MS Office)

Professional Skills

  • Reading the technical documentation
