Description
This role is accountable and fully responsible to grow the business in accordance to company objectives (i.e. revenue, profitability, product growth initiatives). Act as key point of contact between the company and customers: answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products.
What You'll Do...
- EActing as a point of contact between customers and companies
- Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals
- Demonstrating and presenting products
- Establishing new business
- Maintaining accurate records
- Reviewing sales performance
- Working towards monthly or annual targets
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
What You'll Need...
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Good business contact and industry knowledge, experience in Freight Forwarding
- Able to start work on short notice
