Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

  • Obtaining and process list of shipment
  • Collaborates and communicates with warehouse, planning and others involved in the shipment of products
  • Delivery Order and Invoice preparation
  • ERP system invoice posting
  • Manage e-invoice portal posting
  • Generate Sales Return/Debit/Credit Request Note based on operation needs
  • Monthly Billing Report
  • Familiar with ERP system

Job Requirements:

  • STPM and Diploma and above
  • Responsible and Patient
  • Strong sense of time organization and urgency
  • Able to work independently and within a team
