Shipping Executive (Contract)

We're the team helping Arnott's win in Asia. Campbell Malaysia is the Asia hub for The Arnott's Group, based in Kuala Lumpur, shaping strategy and building our footprint across the region.

Summary of the role

You'll support the Logistics function by handling end-to-end shipping documentation and coordination with forwarders, 3PL, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth, compliant, on-time shipments.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and process shipping documents (e.g., invoice, packing list, BL/ AWB, COO, permits, customs/shipping submissions) with high accuracy and speed.
• Liaise daily with freight forwarders, carriers, and 3PL to confirm bookings, cut-off times, trucking, and documentation readiness.
• Submit shipping documentation to relevant authorities/ systems and follow through until acceptance/ approval.
• Track shipment status and documentation progress, flag issues early (missing docs, discrepancies, deadline risks), and drive closure.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in shipping documentation/ export-import/ logistics operations.
• Must-have: hands-on knowledge of shipping documents and end-to-end documentation flow.
• Comfortable coordinating with forwarders, 3PL, and internal stakeholders, with strong follow-up discipline.
• Detail-oriented, fast, and able to manage multiple shipments and deadlines without oops.
• Immediate or short-notice starter preferred.

Work arrangement

• 1-year contract, full-time
• Monday to Friday, 08:30 17:30
• Basic salary + completion bonus
