Shipping Executive

Job Description:

• Well verse with LMW rules and requirement, monthly report, yearly report and license renewal & Smart GPB application.
• Have knowledge of duty exemption, AFTA, Form D, Atiga and etc application.
• Develop logistical plans for current operations and logistics contingency plans.
• Design and develop standard operating methods to manage logistics operations efficiently.
• Ensure Company is in compliance with the LMW & GST rules and regulations regarding transportation, including hazardous materials.
• Resolve any legal issues pertaining to transportation/distribution. Logistics & Shipment Coordination, plan, schedule, and monitor inbound and outbound shipments

Job Qualification:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Knowledge of logistics operations, warehouse processes, and shipment documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Good communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
