Perform cleaning, conditioning, and polishing of shoes and bags using appropriate techniques and products to maintain their appearance and quality.
Execute minor repairs on shoes and bags, including stitching, patching, and hardware replacement, ensuring quality workmanship.
Conduct thorough quality control checks on all items before and after care services to identify any defects or areas needing special attention.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and products are properly stored and readily accessible.
Adhere to established procedures and guidelines for handling different materials, including leather, suede, fabric, and synthetic materials.
Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of cleaning supplies, repair materials, and tools, and notifying supervisors when replenishment is needed.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining care processes, and offering recommendations for maintaining shoes and bags.
6 day work with schedule (weekend is holiday)

Communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English to understand customer requests and provide clear explanations of care procedures.
