Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the daily operations of Shopee Malaysia's local store (MY local warehouse), formulating and executing annual/quarterly GMV growth strategies
- Drive in-depth traffic operations for the local store, including paid advertising (ShopeeMall Ads/PPC/keyword bidding), SEO optimization, and off-platform traffic acquisition (social media, KOL partnerships)
- Develop localized promotional plans, leveraging Malaysian local festivals (Hari Raya/Deepavali/Hari Raya Haji/12.12, etc.) to plan major campaigns and achieve campaign GMV targets
- Manage local warehouse inventory, collaborate with supply chain teams on replenishment planning, and ensure sufficient FBT (Fulfilled by Shopee) stock levels
- Analyze store operational data (traffic sources, conversion funnels, average order value, repeat rate) to continuously optimize product listing quality and pricing strategies
- Maintain Shopee platform BD relationships, proactively securing top banner placements, brand zones, platform subsidies, and Brand Mall certification resources
- Monitor Malaysian local consumer behavior and competitor dynamics, produce competitive analysis reports, and guide product selection and pricing strategies
- Manage store ratings, review acquisition, and after-sales experience to maintain brand reputation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 3+ years of Shopee platform operations experience, including 1+ year of Malaysia local store operations (candidates with FBT/ShopeeMall experience preferred)
- Proficient in Shopee MY platform policies, advertising systems, and Seller Center backend operations
- Familiar with Malaysian local market consumer behavior and local festival marketing cadence
- Solid data analysis skills; proficient in Excel and data dashboards; able to independently complete ROI analysis, ad optimization, and related tasks
- Prior experience in consumer electronics/3C/charging/audio category operations preferred
- Fluent in English (reading and writing); conversational proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia (BM) preferred
