Salary Range: RM4,000- RM6,000 (depending on experience and portfolio quality)

Role Overview

We are looking for aShort-Form Video Producer / Editorto join our team and help produce engaging, high-retention videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and social commerce platforms.

This role focuses on editing fast-paced, attention-grabbing videos designed to increase engagement, reach, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms

Create engaging video pacing with strong hooks and high viewer retention

Add subtitles, effects, transitions, and music to enhance storytelling

Work with the marketing and content teams to execute video concepts

Repurpose high-performing content across multiple platforms

Maintain consistent editing style aligned with brand identity

Support scaling of short-form content production

Requirements

Experience editing short-form content for TikTok or Instagram Reels

Proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools

Strong understanding of social media content pacing and storytelling

Passion for content creation and digital media
