- Support package electrical engineers with signal and power simulations throughout the design cycle
- Analyze electrical parameters such as S-parameters, IR drop, loop inductance, and related metrics
- Use simulation tools including ANSYS 3D Layout, ANSYS Q3D, Cadence PowerDC, and Power-SI
- Summarize simulation results and provide design recommendations through structured technical reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams while also working independently when required
Eligibility Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in signal integrity, power integrity, or package electrical engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with SI/PI simulation and modeling tools such as ANSYS 3D Layout, Q3D, PowerDC, and Power-SI
- Good understanding of electromagnetic theory and package-level transmission lines
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Good to Have
- Experience with high-speed interfaces such as DDR, SerDes, PCIe, and USB
- Understanding of package design processes
- Ability to work effectively in both independent and team-based environments
