You'll be responsible for:
- Create attractive, well-structured, and error-free digitalSimplified Chinesecontent for the Chinese market audience to boost traffic, expand the user base, and encourage interaction and conversion.
- Collaborate with other teams to devise and present creative campaign ideas and content plans for clients to achieve campaign success
- Optimize and reconfigure existing internal and external communications, including graphic designers, clients and other coworkers
- Research on new market trends and popular culture and apply to content
- Perform ad hoc projects as assigned
We're looking for someone with:
- Degree Holder with a major in Communication, Translation, Journalism, Advertising, Creative Media, Marketing, PR or related disciplines
- 1-2 years of solid experience in Simplified Chinese social media copywriting, mainly on WeChat and Xiaohongshu. Others are advantageous.
- Understand and be passionate about China's digital marketing trends, industry practices, and case studies.
- Gain an understanding of the various media channels in China, both existing and upcoming, and how consumers and businesses utilise them.
- Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- A team player, able to multitask, work independently and work under a tight schedule
- Background in a creative agency, digital marketing, PR agency or media is highly preferred
- Excel in Simplified Chinese copywriting; proficiency in English is also preferred
