Site Civil Supervisor, Kenering

1. Supervise and monitor civil works, maintenance, repair and rectification activities at the hydroelectric project site in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
2. Oversee the inspection and condition assessment of civil structures and facilities, ensuring defects and corrective works are properly identified and addressed.
3. Coordinate daily site activities with contractors, engineers, consultants and project teams to ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently and within the required timeline.
4. Monitor the quality and progress of civil works, identify site issues or deviations, and ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken.
5. Prepare and maintain accurate site records, inspection reports, progress updates and work completion documentation.

Job requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in civil works and site supervision, preferably within hydroelectric, power generation, dam, infrastructure or similar projects.
3. Good knowledge of civil structures, inspection, maintenance, repair and rehabilitation works, with the ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
4. Strong site supervision, coordination and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate contractors and monitor work quality and progress.
5. Willing to be based at the project site in Kenering, Gerik, Perak, and work according to project and operational requirements.
