Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Site Engineer at LINSUN ENGINEERING SDN BHD, located at various project sites across in Malaysia. The Site Engineer will oversee and manage construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include monitoring work progress, implementing quality control measures, liaising with clients and contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety and structural regulations. The role also requires providing technical support and ensuring smooth communication and coordination among project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in on-site management and the ability to oversee construction activities effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with team members, clients, and contractors
• Proficiency in implementing quality control standards and ensuring compliance with safety protocols
• Knowledge of structural and civil engineering principles, with the ability to interpret and apply engineering drawings
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field
• Previous experience in scaffolding, falsework, or shoring systems is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in using project management tools and software is beneficial
