METRO RAIL ENGINEERING SERVICES PTE LTD (MRES) specializes in engineering services for railway and infrastructure sectors, offering project management, design, installation, testing & commissioning, and maintenance of high and medium voltage power supply systems and related subsystems.

Job Summary

Coordinate and supervise M&E construction site works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality timelines while supporting project and site managers in documentation and stakeholder liaison.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate site activities and liaise with consultants, clients, and sub-contractors to ensure smooth project implementation
  • Assist project and site managers in maintaining accurate project documentation and tracking progress
  • Perform site inspections to verify work compliance with project specifications and approved construction drawings
  • Supervise site works to achieve quality standards within specified timelines
  • Enforce compliance with WSHA regulations, safe work procedures, and maintain good housekeeping on site
  • Collaborate proactively with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of quality workmanship
  • Lead and delegate tasks effectively to a team of workers to meet project objectives
  • Prepare cost estimations, quantity take-offs, and cost evaluations to support tendering processes
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support project success
