Tasks include Report daily site status to person in charge.
Coordinating labour resources and procurement and delivery of materials and equipment;
Negotiating with property management and subcontractors involved in the construction process to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget;
Operating and implementing coordinated work programmes for sites;
Ensuring adherence to building legislation and standards of performance, quality, cost and safety;
Arranging building inspections by relevant authorities;
Establishing and managing budgets, controlling expenditure and ensuring the efficient use of resources;
Job Requirements
Candidate must have GDL lorry license.
Can speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
