We are seeking for passionate student to join us as a Site IT Experience intern. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is interested in pursuing a career in Site IT support, as they will gain hands-on experience in a global professional environment.
Your Responsibilities
Assisting to complete the SOP documentation for the team while shadow learning from the Site IT Operations Specialist.
New floor setup of IT equipments
New Hire IT Onboarding tasks
Assisting for IT Asset Management which includes stock count, migration of data to new asset management tool and asset management documentation
Assisting as a backup for Site IT Operations Specialist for daily task on handling user issues.
Who we are looking for:
Undergraduate students from reputable universities in the relevant fields of IT, Computer Science or Engineering.
Passionate and energetic in information technology functions (IT Hardware related).
Good communication skills with high proficiency in English.
