Job Description
Minimum 8 years of experience in Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or related technology domains.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience supporting mission-critical production environments.
Proven experience managing enterprise-scale AWS and/or Azure cloud environments.
Experience with Kubernetes, container platforms, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud automation.
Hands-on involvement in incident management, problem management, root cause analysis and operational excellence initiatives.
Relevant certifications in Cloud, Kubernetes, Security, or IT Service Management (e.g., AWS, Azure, CKA, CKS, ITIL, CCSP, CISSP).
Experience supporting enterprise-scale cloud platforms and mission-critical production systems.
Experience implementing SRE, DevSecOps, GitOps, Platform Engineering, FinOps, or Chaos Engineering practices.
Experience driving AI-Powered SRE initiatives using AIOps, GenAI, and intelligent automation to improve reliability, reduce MTTR, and eliminate operational toil.
