Role Requirements
Team of 5 Site Reliability Engineers
Collaboration with India team (India Time zone)
On-call shift duty and ticket system adherence
Day-to-day cloud operations and task follow-through
Environment
80% AWS workload
o AWS EKS Kubernetes
o Terraform
o CI/CD with Bitbucket
o Amazon CloudFront
o Deployment, new environment setup, cloud database patching
20% GCP workload
Preferred Qualifications
AWS Certification (preferred)
Participation in daily standup calls
On-job training provided
Technical Capabilities & Tooling
Strong AWS and GCP expertise
CloudFront, Kubernetes, Terraform
CI/CD (Bitbucket, ArgoCD)
Security tooling: Tenable, Checkmarx
Infrastructure-as-Code scanning
Operational Cadence
Daily ticket handling and environment management
Procurement-driven resourcing
Formalized SOW and MSA processes
