Site Reliability Engineer (Windows)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure high availability and performance of Windows infrastructure,applications, and services.
• Design, Architect & Implement Windows AD Policies, optimization& hardening in Windows environment.
• Automate repetitive tasks, workflows, and deployments using scripting or
• various technologies (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Terraform, Ansible, etc).
• Deploy observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus,bGrafana, AWS CloudWatch, etc) for system health monitoring.
• Manage workload patching strategies.
• Provide technical guidance and support across our internal team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business unit teams to ensure the
• process aligns with organization standard.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree/Diploma inrelevant field.

At least 5 years of hands-onexperience as an SRE, Wintel Engineer or in a similar role.

Expert in scripting languages like Powershell, Python, Bash or other similar languages.

Experience in Wintel platforms,experience with On Premise is a plus.

Strong understanding knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, TCP, IP, Routing) & Windows Server core

services such as AD, GPO, Registry Key, sysinternals, etc.

Familiarity with automationtools and frameworks such as Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS

Lambda etc is a plus.

Certifications with Microsoft Windows Server, security or other infrastructure are advantageous.

Shift rotation is required with extra compensation.

Ability to speak & converse in both English & Chinese.
