Roles & Responsibilities:

• Own Platform Reliability: Drive uptime, resilience and performance.
• Build SRE Capabilities: Establish reliability practices and incident management.
• Lead & Scale Teams: Mentor engineers and grow the SRE function.
• Automate Infrastructure: Strengthen cloud operations and deployment pipelines.
• Optimise Cloud Spend: Balance performance, reliability and cost efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 8+ years in SRE, DevOps or infrastructure; 2+ years managing engineers.
• Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on AWS, Kubernetes and database reliability experience.
• SRE Fundamentals: SLOs, incident response, observability and automation.
• Engineering Pedigree: Strong product/SaaS background preferred; IIT/NIT/BITS a plus.
