SITE SAFETY CUM LIFTING SUPERVISOR (YELLOW BOOK)

JOB SCOPE

1. Ensure all Environment, Health & Safety policy practice, make recommendation and implement new policies and procedure as required.

2. Preparation of a construction health and safety plan.

3. Assessment and approval of sub-contractor safety plans.

4. Verification of tools and equipment to ensure good quality.

5. Creating and enforcing safety guidelines and programs.

6. Ensure that all accidents are documented, investigated and recommended improvement implemented.

7. Verifying that all safety reports are submitted to related government regulations.

8. Establishing and maintaining health and safety communication structures.

9. Arrange OSHA-mandated evaluations of the site.

10. Co-ordinated all issues regarding hazardous materials or waste.

11. Apply daily work permit, lifting permit and etc.

12. Attending project planning meetings and collaborating with Project Manager.

13. Any other duties / tasks assigned at other project site from time to time.
