The Site Safety Supervisor for Solar Energy Rooftop Project Installation plays a critical role in ensuring the safety of personnel and compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations during the installation phase of solar projects. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, proactive risk assessment, and the ability to implement and monitor safety measures effectively
Your key responsibilities will include:
- To perform tasks assigned for commercial and industrial related to safety and health as below.
- Site audit (Monthly/weekly).
- Site inspection (Daily/weekly).
- Conduct drill training at the site.
- Conduct awareness training/toolbox at the site.
- Coordinate with the project team for CRR submission, weekly. construction report.
- Conduct waste management issues.
- Manage client/developer at site / during site audit.
- Submission of safety weekly and monthly report /NMPI, BBSQ/ Lifeline assessment.
- Assist in compiling and recording HSSE Checklist.
- Assist with safety documentation.
- Assist with safety tendering.
- Manage and handle safety material/equipment for the site team.
- Assist with any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Certified Yellow Book (register with DOSH)
- Has excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
- Good interpersonal skills and teamwork
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and G Suite (Google Sheet, Google Doc, Google Slide, Google Drive, Google Meet, Google Form.)
