Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of our sewage treatment plant project based in Klang. The role involves supervising site activities, ensuring quality, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise site construction, installation, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure work is executed according to project plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Monitor and manage site workforce and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with engineers for technical guidance and problem-solving.
- Maintain daily reports on progress, resources, and site activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil & Structural, Mechanical, Environmental, or related engineering field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in construction or similar
- Knowledge of civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation works.
- Strong communication, independent and organizational skills.
