Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Petaling Jaya. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily site activities, ensure project timelines are met, and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers. Responsibilities include monitoring compliance with safety regulations, conducting site inspections, and preparing progress reports. The role requires effective management of resources and ensuring work quality aligns with company standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Telecommunications Infrastructure
- Ability to manage site activities and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to conduct site inspections
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to prepare progress reports and ensure project timelines are met
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred
- Professional certification or training in relevant areas is a plus
